Service Selection Gateway (SSG III)
The latest Service Selection Gateway Version 3
builds on its predecessor’s unparalleled success
that has enabled ANTlabs to become the market
leader for enabling wireless broadband hotspots in
ASEAN, with a 100% market share in Singapore
and more than 75% cumulative market share in
Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia – Frost &
Sullivan Oct 2005.
The ANTlabs SSG III is the ideal carrier-class solution
for deploying large-scale wired and wireless
broadband networks with hundreds of thousands
of subscribers such as municipal and metropolitan
broadband wireless access, campus-networks
and multi-tenant units (MTU).
The SSG III is designed to meet the connectivity service needs of Telcos and ISPs seeking to expand subscriber services and improve service revenues, and supports up to 4,000 active users and 1,000 unique locations concurrently.
And with WiMAX and VoIP on the horizon,
the SSG enables telcos to participate in the VoWiFi future by
supporting both EAP-SIM authentication used in dual-mode phones and
SIP authentication for the current generation of enterprise SIP phones.
