RMA Procedure

To ensure that all unserviceable equipment returned to ANTlabs will be attended to in the shortest time possible, just follow these simple steps to initiate the RMA process:
  1. Download a copy of the RMA Request Form.
  2. ANTlabs will contact you to determine the RMA requirements.
  3. Complete the RMA Request Form and fax/email it back to us.
  4. ANTlabs will contact you to issue an RMA number.
  5. Enter the RMA number onto the RMA Request Form. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA Request Form with a valid RMA number issued by ANTlabs. No returned material will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  6. Attach a copy of the original sales invoice to the RMA Request Form. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice to avoid any delay in processing.
  7. Ship the RMA unit back to ANTlabs, including the RMA Request Form and Sales Invoice.
