RMA Procedure
To ensure that all unserviceable equipment returned to ANTlabs will be attended to in the shortest time possible, just follow these simple steps to initiate the RMA process:
- Download a copy of the RMA Request Form.
- ANTlabs will contact you to determine the RMA requirements.
- Complete the RMA Request Form and fax/email it back to us.
- ANTlabs will contact you to issue an RMA number.
- Enter the RMA number onto the RMA Request Form. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA Request Form with a valid RMA number issued by ANTlabs. No returned material will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Attach a copy of the original sales invoice to the RMA Request Form. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice to avoid any delay in processing.
- Ship the RMA unit back to ANTlabs, including the RMA Request Form and Sales Invoice.
