Letter from ANTlabs CEO on Covid-19
To our customers and partners:
A few months back, ANTlabs celebrated its 20th anniversary and with renewed vigour, we’ve started 2020 full of optimism. When news about COVID-19 started to spread, we took a thoughtful pause to adjust our plans accordingly. We also looked back on the difficult times ANTlabs have gone through like the 2008 financial crisis and the SARS outbreak, and took what we learned and applied it in these plans. This pandemic is new and rapidly evolving, and it has called upon each one of us to help play a part to solve this; It has brought the world to a pause to take stock at what really matters. With COVID-19 directly impacting families and business processes, we want to reassure you that we are doing the best that we can to support our employees, customers and partners. We will keep you updated through our website and social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).
ANTlabs’ slogan has always been “Connectivity Made Easy”—and this is our promise to you. It is even more apparent now how seamless Internet connectivity is very much needed. With every product and solution, we keep in mind how service providers and venue owners enable their customers and guests to reach out to their loved ones or continue working at a safe environment. As the situation evolves, we continue to monitor this closely so that we can keep on supporting all of you in the best way we know how. We recognize that each member of the ANTlabs family is valuable, so we are continually looking for different ways for all of us to ensure our service quality and productivity, communicate effectively, and work safely. We want to enable our employees to contribute effectively whether they are working in-office or remotely. In our office, we rolled out our BCP measures such as alternate team rotations, clear demarcations to maintain safe social distancing, and we monitor local and off-site staff temperature twice daily.
At a time when businesses look for ways to navigate uncertain waters, we recognize that the way we work is changing drastically for many. We want to reassure our partners and customers that we are here to support you. With our products and solutions, we continue to help keep businesses running while making sure that our customers worldwide has reliable and secure access. Our service providers and carrier customers, for instance, have addressed challenges brought about by COVID-19 by ensuring network quality with efficient use of stretched network resources.
We remain cautiously optimistic despite this year’s pandemic because through the years, we have the loyalty and support of our colleagues, partners and customers. For that, we would like to humbly thank all of you.
We extend our gratitude to the front liners and all the people and organizations working very hard to keep our world together as we strive to keep COVID-19 from spreading. Our prayers and concern are with everyone affected by this pandemic.
