SG 4 Update #21

This hotfix re-enables TLS 1.0 support to fix the issue of Account Printer AP 2100 not connecting to the gateway.

Note: this hotfix does not require reboot.

SG 4 Update #22

This hotfix fixes the issue where Apple iOS 11.3 users upon pressing wechat login button on the welcome page are not able to proceed to login.

It also fixes the issue where terms and conditions is enabled but Apple iOS 11.3 users do not see the reminder that user has not agreed to the terms and conditions yet.
