Patch #13 – IG4 bulk03 patch

This update adds the following enhancements:

Upgraded the Facebook API to support new minimum API version requirements recently implemented on Facebook servers
Upgraded the web admin certificate for login.required.open.http.page from 18 Feb 2016 to 18 Mar 2020
Added a new feature to allow the gateway to delink from ACS
Added a new feature to enable/disable bandwidth configuration on the gateway when linked to ACS
Enhanced ACS module with diagnostics and remote control capability

This update fixes the following bugs:

Upgraded Security module to address the SWEET32: Birthday attacks against TLS ciphers with 64bit block size security vulnerability (CVE-2016-2183)
Upgraded the ACS module to fix an issue that caused some sites to fail during registration
Upgraded the ACS reporting module to fix the bug where the number of Network Devices with the type “Other” will be incorrect
Fixed a bug that prevented the Console user from reading PMS logs
Fixed a bug in the DHCP module that does not set the configured Relay agent IP address
