IG 3100 now lets you get Internet access via Facebook login

We are pleased to announce that Internet access may now be provisioned via Facebook login on the IG 3100. This feature is part of the IG 3100’s Patch 06 and is available as a free upgrade. It allows administrators to add a new authentication method to the built-in login portal which enables users to login using their Facebook accounts.

The administrators can also configure ‘Like’ and ‘Share’ options in the success page to encourage users to ‘Like’ the gateway owner’s establishments or share their current location. This provides a platform for more interactive social media engagement with customers.

Configuring this authentication method is easy; it only takes at least two check boxes to tick off to get it enabled. In the future, there will be more social media authentication methods to be added and this feature will also be available on the other ANTlabs gateways soon.
