IG 4 S-Series Update #7

This update adds the following enhancements:

• Support for cloud-managed config backup and restore
  • Note: ANTlabs Service Platform (ASP) Update 1.0.7 is required to support this feature
• WAN enhancements:
  • Option to use DHCP to get WAN Physical IP
  • Allow user to choose between physical and floating IP for interface gateway
• Dashboard enhancement to show physical IP for WAN ports
• Upgrade of licensing and cloud client modules to make gateway deployment easier
  • Note: ASP Update 1.0.8 is required to support easier gateway deployment

This update includes the following fixes:

• Extending the duration of remote access via cloud does not take effect on the gateway
• Gateway does not retrieve the complete request in one attempt when cloud requests for remote access, resulting in a delay in achieving full remote access (both GUI and terminal access)
  • Note: ASP Update 1.0.8 is required to complete this fix.​
