Position Overview

As part of our Business Solutions Division, we are looking for passionate, experienced (in Telecom) and technical Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) to be stationed in our HQ Singapore Office.

Position Key Requirements

This senior role has the responsibility to provide the technical solutions design & exposure to engage clients from Telecom (Carrier) industry; able to work with internal Sales team to understand the detailed customer requirements and create initial solution proposals, participate in tender discussions; and be the technical interface between ANTlabs Product, Business Solutions and the customer in support of delivering the turn-key technical solution.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Certification(s): Good to have: RHCSA/ CCDP / CCIE / RHCE

Relevant Experience

Good working experience in Telecom industry or IT industry with at least 5 years of relevant pre-sales and/or delivery/consulting experience in telecom related applications.

  • Be a subject matter expert or having good work experience in delivering technical turn-key solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Carrier-WiFi products and services related to LINUX-based and Telecom projects
    • Knowledge on mobile networks & related systems like RADIUS, SMSC, DHCP/DNS, TWAG and web applications are highly preferred.
    • Working experience in Telecom industry environment will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with strong technical background and aspire to be pre-sales will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Primarily engaged in Pre-sales / Carrier-WiFi turn-key solution sales
  • Create solutions leveraging on ANTlabs’ capabilities to address client needs
  • Prospecting for all potential opportunities and delivering compelling solutions, value and pricing
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and solution architects to devise business proposal
  • Perform network architecture & design and take part in solution deployment & pilot testing when required
  • Execute solutions’ presentations, ANTlabs’ Product Demos and handle scenario sessions with prospects
  • Having technical Project Management experience are highly advantage
  • Conduct business requirement workshop and contribute business models
  • Estimate the effort, justify and involve in price negotiation
  • Overseas meetings require travel 25% typically 1-2 weeks per trip; however, may vary from one engagement to another.

Scope of Work

  • Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
  • Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.

Position Overview

You are responsible to manage an engineering team of software analysts and developers across multiple locations.


  • Establish milestones, anticipates issues, and monitors adherence to project scope, requirements and design documents, schedules, and to the software development process.
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that the engineering projects are completed on time and that all deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Work closely with the technical engineering experts to: share best practices, help resolve project issues, and ensure that staff is properly allocated to tasks by considering staff’s skills and interests, and the project’s needs
  • Manage development work of external vendors if necessary
  • Understand the technical details of the software product and be the liaison between technical and non-technical teams

  • Experience in applying best practices in project management, including those used to initiate, plan, control, monitor and report upon all phases of project activity.
  • Must be familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and versioning tools such as CVS
  • Must have excellent oral and written skills with the ability to manage a software team that includes analysts, developers and software testers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all phases of software development cycle, ability to develop project plans, requirements documents, and project budgets.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices is preferable
  • Excellent understanding of programming fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, etc) is a plus point
