ACS Update 16.7

This update fixes the following issues:

• Removed WeChat authentication (which is deprecated) in all portals
• Changed label from ‘Google Plus’ to ‘Google’ in portal and report pages
• Updated sync and downgrade scripts so it shall not set default date ‘0000-00-00 00:00:00’ to subscription start and end dates if subscription is Lite
• Set 1 to sharing limit if selected plan type is not fixed duration and unlimited
• Fixed generated daily, weekly and monthly PDF that showed extra one day with 0 value
